At Brew Watch Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
